ABOUT ME
I am an adventurous yet sensitive person, with a deep curiosity for spiritual questions and for what truly makes life meaningful and alive. My core value is connection.
After COVID, I consciously took an entire year off to create space for these questions. I walked 3,000 kilometers across Europe on foot, spent ten days in silence at a Buddhist monastery, and lived for several months immersed in yogic and Ayurvedic practices.
During this time, I discovered my joy in supporting others on their path toward a fulfilling and vital life. I trained as a Holistic Health Coach and yoga teacher. After returning, I began my training in Life Coaching at the Co-Active Training Institute and integrated this knowledge with my own lived experience and the body-oriented approaches that have shaped my work.

HOW I WORK
In my work, I combine coaching frameworks and body awareness with holistic health practices and tools for nervous system regulation. At times, I also draw on movement programs and meditative practices that help keep body and mind strong and flexible.
I build genuine relationships with the people I work with and honor the time true transformation requires. I don’t push you into steps that are not aligned with your own pace.
Instead, I compassionately challenge you to expand your comfort zone while also letting you know when your ambition asks more than your body can carry.
I mirror the stories that limit your growth and help you recognize blind spots that are difficult to see on your own.
Our conversations may at times feel energizing and inspire action, and at other times lead into uncomfortable or emotional territory from which deeper insights as well as greater resilience can emerge.
In our sessions, we create a trusted space where all thoughts and emotions are welcome.
A central aspect of my work is the inclusion of the body. We cannot think our way into an aligned life — it can only be felt.
